world through my eyes

Hi everyone!
Im a self-taught artist (never taken an art class, never been to college). I enjoy creating pieces that reflect what's on my mind at the time.
I have most often done this with an ordinary mechanical pencil, but I lately have began to experiment with other mediums to express myself (colored pencils, charcoals, pastels, photography)

I'm not concerned with whether or not anyone will purchase my work, it is MY ESCAPE- as art should be.

I have plenty to learn, and I'm always willing to explore ideas concerning improvements from peers, so comments and suggesstions are always welcome.

Those of niave mind would define art as objects that match your curtains, hang on your wall mindlessly and mostly unnoticed, unnapreciated.
I define art as the journey between blank canvas and completion. Mine and yours may differ, but we will enjoy it the same. And we will appreciate the journey.
